To select all data in a column:

CTRL+SHIFT+cursor-DOWN

To copy a formula down to the end of data (in columns used in formula)

Select the cell containing the formula and press CTRL+SHIFT+END to select up to the last row where there is data

Fill down by pressing CTRL+d
